Services Provided

Tivon Creager Art Tattoo specializes in tattoo services. We offer high-quality tattooing services that is original and unique.

Estimates and Payments

All service estimates are based on an initial assessment of your tattoo request, based on size location but are only guesstimates. Final costs may vary if additional changes or more extensive work is discovered during the tattooing process. Full payment is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Service Time Frames

While Tivon Creager Art Tattoo endeavors to complete services within the estimated time frame, we cannot guarantee specific completion times on larger pieces and multiple sessions projects due to the complex nature of tattoo work and everyones skin/pain tolerance is different . Delays may occur, and we will communicate any changes to the estimated time frame as soon as possible.

Touch-up Guarantee

Tivon Creager Art Tattoo guarantees one free touch-up (if even necessary) after final session for up to 6 months for the quality of the Tattoo work. Again, if even necessary. This guarantee does not cover anything after the 6 month timeframe after the completed work, but will be happy to schedule a touch after that timeframe for the current regular hrly rate.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your Tattoo appointment, please provide at least 120 hours notice. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in forfeiting your deposit. You will still have the option to schedule a 2nd appointment for an additional deposit amount.

Limitation of Liability

Tivon Creager Art Tattoo’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the price paid for the service.

Changes to Terms of Service

Tivon Creager Art Tattoo reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service by posting the updated terms on the website. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

Effective Date
